SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING:

  1. Processing and Production Time: All of our products are made-to-order to ensure quality. Once your order is placed, it typically takes about 2 weeks for your product to be produced and shipped.

  2. Shipping Confirmation: Upon shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  3. Delivery Time: Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time is based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please note that these times are averages and individual shipping times may vary.

  4. International Shipping: For orders shipped outside of the U.S., please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and/or brokerage fees in addition to the standard shipping charge. IsraeliteMusic.com is not responsible for these additional charges.

  5. Shipping Issues: If you encounter any problems with your order's shipment, such as not receiving your order after the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service. While we are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during transit, we will work with you to address the issue.

RETURNS:

All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict 'All Sales Are Final' policy. No refunds, or cancellations will be permitted once an order has been placed.

  1. Exchanges: We allow exchanges within the first 14 days from the date of delivery. Email us with your order number here: info@israelitemusic.com

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to address the issue. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item to expedite the resolution process.

  3. Order Modifications: Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.

  4. Customer Responsibility: It's the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address and to ensure the safe delivery of items. IsraeliteMusic.com is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses or for items that are not safely received if left outside by couriers.

RETURNS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your purchased music, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or without your consent, please contact us immediately.
