Seller Policy:

• Eligibility: Artists must register and be approved to sell on the Israelite Music platform. Approval is at the discretion of Israelite Music and may be revoked for any violations of the policy.

• Content Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded to the platform is original, does not infringe on any copyrights, and complies with all applicable laws.

• Pricing: Sellers set their own prices for their music. However, Israelite Music reserves the right to suggest pricing structures to maintain marketplace consistency.

• Commissions: Israelite Music will deduct a 10% commission from each sale. The remaining 90% will be paid out to the seller.

• Payouts: Payouts will be processed within 7-10 business days or less depending on your the sellers bank, with a minimum payout threshold of $20. Meaning no payouts will be made until the sellers profits have reached over $20. 

• Customer Service: Sellers are expected to maintain a high standard of customer service, including timely communication with customers if issues arise.

• Prohibited Content: Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
